Cell Lysis細胞裂解試劑盒
這些試劑盒可同等用于分析型實驗( IPG膠條)和制備型實驗( Rotoforf和MicroRotofor )的樣品制備。試劑盒的原理基于使用離液蛋白溶解緩沖液(PSB)，其中含有非去垢劑磺基*銨乙內酯，以及尿素、硫脲和CHAPS，以顯著的增強蛋白質溶解性( Villard等，1995)。制備好的樣品可直接用于等電聚焦實驗。試劑盒根據(jù)樣品種類不同分為哺乳動物、植物、酵母和細菌四種。
